Looks like a german shepperd mix, two oval tan spots on above his eyes

Just ensuring this pupper doesn't belong to anyone, no chip, took them to a vet, said he seems like he's been outside for a while, he's people shy/curious not avoidant. With the information I've laid out above, we do plan on keeping him, like i said above, before we do, making sure no one is missing a pup.
