Put clothes with your scent outside and check bushes and trees with a flashlight at night shake bag of treats or dry food and call it's name

Try Going out late at night ie midnight and again early am ie 5 or 6 am with their smelly food and treats. Shake treat bag and call out their name. Take a flashlight and check under porches and bushes. Also if you can leave a basement window and garage door open so they can get in. Do for multiple days if needed. Good luck.

Tips to find and indoor cat. Also go out as much as you can at night and early am as that is when he will try to get back inside. Crack open a window at night to listen for meows. At dusk open a door to the house and he might walk back in on his own. Let local police know in case somebody finds him not on social media. Ask neighbors to check garages/sheds. Check all animal controls in your area. Might be taken to Cacc depending on where you are in Chicago. Hopefully not AWL. Hopefully chipped.
