Put familiar scent items outside like a blanket and toy he uses and something with your scent on it like a piece of unwashed clothing. Put up colorful signs. Ask neighbors to check their properties. Check garages, sheds, under decks, around buildings, in ditches, by ponds and lakes and parks. Walk around area calling his name softly. Bring treats. Do not yell or chase. Notify animal control and police.
