Wanted to give you hope. I live on Maureen and will surely look out for Gilly. When we moved here, we had an outdoor cat (feral, then spayed, then ball of love) and two indoor cats. I took the outdoor cat to the vet before we moved here because I had the dilemma of leaving her for the new owner (if they would take care of her), or risk bringing her to our new house to be outside (our indoor cats were senior and we didn't want to disturb them to try and make her an indoor cat...we did have a heated shelter and all the goodies for her though outside and she never strayed far from our home.) The vet gave us a 50% chance that she would stick with us at the new house. We decided to take the risk and brought her to the house first before the other 2 cats as we decided to try to make her an indoor cat hoping our others would be ok. Well, as soon as we took her out of the crate, she climbed the walls, so we decided to take the risk and let her outside. Well, she went missing and I felt so sad. I started to put food out every day, and got another stray as a result. But an oh so sweet ending---despite not knowing this area at all, she came back a month later! I cried like a baby for that month. So please have hope and put food out regularly (favorites and smelly food).

FOUND CAT Was in my backyard in Baden on Dearborn St., No collar or anything, but very, very sweet and affectionate, and let me pick it up. It just seems to want nonstop pets! We had to go somewhere, so we didn’t look to see if male or female yet, but we secured the cat in our bat with water, food, and toys in the meantime. If yours, please reach out to me 🙂
