I believe it was the owner in a dark blue suv had stopped me on Arthur st asking if we have seen the pup. I told the man I would keep my eyes out. Shortly after i saw a frenchie that looked VERY SIMILAR. The dog that looked very similar to the photo was and was being walked on leash near family dollar on grafton st. This was within the last hr or so.
