Please call 407-836-3111, press # and file a found dog report, as required by county law. If you are not able to hold the dog for the required 30 days (while still looking for the owner), it should go to the shelter. That is the first place an owner looks for their lost pet. There will be a woman eho sends you a message saying she is with VIP Rescue. She will tell you not to take the dog to the shelter (for whatever reason) and that she can help. DO NOT gove her the dog!!! She is on a do not adopt list AND is banned by the shelter. Thats pretty hard to do!! DO NOT give her the dog!!! Please also, do not let anyone else "hold" the dog, if you are unable to. TONS of people will offer to "foster" or hold it, when they really just want to keep it.
