Please contain this kitty. It looks sick. If you have a garage put some food to lure it there and call animal control. Let them know the. Let them know the cat condition. Call Chesapeake Animal Services also rescuers as Feral Affairs Network, Kitten Chaos Plus Cat Rescue, Inc., Billy the Kidden Rescue

It looks like this cat is a stray. Could you take it to a shelter? They’ll scan for a microchip and hold it for seven days before adopting it out.
