Cat arrived mid day the 29th, he would just follow ppl walking up and down the block super friendly super sweet offered him food he ate a bit at night he stayed in my front porch over night and would occasionally go up to ppl and follow them I came out the 30th around 7am to give him food and water brought him inside because of heat wave I believe he’s the missing cat that is named luffy I reached out to the author of missing cat post in neighbors app and next door app and petco lost pets and zero response I’ll keep him one more night because it’s truly really hot outside if someone can reach out to Luffys owner in hope they can look at my photos I can send videos I believe that’s their missing cat.
