Paxi still has not been seen , he has a chain collar on . He’s a rescue from NYC rescued with over 100 dogs in horrible condition . He does not trust people , has no idea where he is and has never really been outside . That we know of . Please call with a sighting . All of the dogs recently picked up by Utica PD have not been Paxi
