I believe the owner lives on the corner of Vare and Grays Ferry. If this is the same dog I found in that area while driving by, she’s a tiny, sweet female Maltese. I found her once before, and her owner who uses a wheelchair came outside looking for her. When I found her, she stayed with me for a few minutes until he came outside. As soon as she saw him, she ran right over. Hopefully she’s reunited with him again soon.
