Thank you, for everyone’s helping advice and getting that little baby boy home to his family they had his chip updated so that he could get home. We all did as best we could. I had some questions for them regarding the dog being gone in the shape he was in but legally it’s their dog. I really didn’t want to put it in a shelter and perhaps you get put down I can go over and check on him from time to time and I will. I’ll make sure he has food and I will call authorities. If need be let’s just see how this goes for now. He’s home and reunited and very happy to be home my my dad it takes a village. God bless you all.
