File a lost dog report with Virginia Beach Animal Control and Virginia Beach Animal Care and Adoption Center on Birdneck Road. Check with Virginia Beach Animal Care and Adoption Center on Birdneck Road in person every day between noon and five. Is the dog microrochipped? Check the website and Facebook posts for Virginia Beach Animal Services for strays brought in every day to be reclaimed.
