Put smelly wet food outside, hav a hart traps work, check them often. At night shine a flashlight you may catch reflection of his eyes. Check shed, garages, under cars, anyplace he could hide or be stuck. Put up flyers, especially at vet offices. Talk to neighbors, ask if they have security cameras that may catch him walking by. They tend to move early morning and evenings. Put out used litter and fav humans worn clothes, familiar smells help bring them in. If possible, leave a patio or garage door open so he can get in. Contact rescues & county shelters, take a pic. Physically check county shelter often, they are busy. She will be very scared & may go into survival mode, she may not respond to you. Some wait until they're starving to come out for food. Keep food/trap out & check often. If you have another cat, try putting them outside in a SECURE carrier. Their meows may call the lost one in. Pray. Don't give up!

Set-up a Scent Station outside, with the owner's dirty clothes/tie socks to trees, etc. (One night that you can monitor, trail food like sardines, etc., through a cracked door.) Try shaking a treat box outside in the evening...and call for them. Check bushes/trees with a flashlight. Post also to Nextdoor & Pawboost, (their basic service is free.) Put an Ad in the local newspapers. Post Lost Cat signs in the area; Give Flyers to neighbors/Mail and Delivery people; (ask to please check in/under sheds, decks, in crawlspaces, etc. Report lost to area shelters; check often in person, if possible. Hope this helps to locate the lost pet!

Leave the door open that he went out of and hopefully when things get quiet he will come back through it. Check all culverts, cats love to hide in them. Walk around outside and shake his treat bag and hopefully he will come up to you. Go outside at night with a flashlight and look under decks and shrubs, ask neighbors if you can look around their yards and sheds, he could be trapped or hiding somewhere.
