There has been a little brown border collie type dog running our neighborhood since July 3rd. I cant catch it. Very skittish. Seems healthy but definitely burning its paws, hot, tired. THIS IS NOT AN IMAGE OF THE DOG. I DONT HAVE A PICTURE BUT THIS IS CLOSE

If people could put out large plastic (not metal) bowls of water in a shady spot away from the street, near the areas where he’s been seen, that will help keep him in the area.
