Knock on neighbours doors and put out flyers everywhere. Do offer rewards. Also go out in the night. You can hear him better then. Check the pounds too. Airtags on collars help greatly.

I just saw a post from someone who found a kitty that looked just like this. They found it over by the university and they said they were taking it to LAC. Of course I can't find the post now. Give the LAC a call and fingers crossed it's your kitty🤞
