I am trying to say that the odds of recovering a pet decrease with each day they are missing. Now I am getting posts of other pets lost more recently- maybe my comment made a difference, or maybe it was just Facebook's algorithms. If you had read the entirety of my comment, you would understand what I was trying to say. If this site is putting all its eggs into one old basket, but ignoring what is in the newer baskets that have a better chance of recovery, it is reducing the overall odds for ALL the lost animals. I did note that these are sponsored posts- that means the site is paying Facebook to boost these posts. What I am wondering is if George's owners are paying to have this post boosted every day? That would explain why I am seeing this but haven';t been seeing more recent posts of lost pets. But it also saddens me that a family's level of affluence would make a difference in getting a loved one back. Note: I liked this page because I care.
