If you can or ask a neighbor. To put it in a big bag. Put it in a box. Take it to the nearest vet clinic or police station ask them to scan it for a micro-chip. Also if anyone has called in a missing cat fitting this deceased cat's description. Thank you for moving it. If it is chipped and its owners have current contact info. They can tell them their cat was sadly found dead. And they can at least know its dead. And can have someone pick it up to give it a burial. R.I.P. kitty
