I recommend you look in close neighbours outbuildings we found ours in backyard neighbor RV- they had looked but he hid we found him 3 days later he was fine but I hate to think if we hadn’t. Just have a flyer with you and kindly ask to have a quick look so you can call out to him as cats frequently hide when frightened. I hope kitty is home 🔜 🙏

He's probably hiding/seeking shelter nearby. Keep checking under nearby porches, decks, shrubs and in garages and sheds. Best times to search and call for him are at dusk and dawn. Shake his treat bag while calling his name. Put his food, water, and something with his scent on it outside your door to help him find his way back. In late afternoon/early evening, put canned tuna/fishy canned cat food outside your door and watch for him. The fishy food is important because they can smell it from farther away and hopefully he will come out from wherever he's hiding. It's what worked to get my cat to come back around when he was lost last summer. Let your neighbors and mail carrier know that he's missing so they can be on the lookout for him. Put flyers up in the area. Post on Point Place Neighborhood Facebook page to get the word out. Sending prayers for little Rapid to be safe and found quickly.
