Learned his name is Pepe. Escambia county animal shelter chipped him and the owner registered Pepe with Petlink. That is the only way we were able to find owner. Without chip he would have been lost forever!! Good job on chipping your pet!!! He is 15! Not neutered and no color harness so chip is what saved him!

He appears to be a senior dog. I rescued one like him 2 years ago. I believe the ow era abandoned him because he was a senior dog with cancer. I had the cancer removed from his mouth, which gave him another year to live. Miss you Jackson Mississippi.

Eva Chiddo Mr. Watson has been looking for his dog for so long 😢 It was his wife who had spoken with me at first. She said their little chihuahua was his service dog. I think his wife may have passed away, based on his posts on their profile. I feel so sad for him 😢
