o I posted this in my "City of Moreno Valley" page and got this reply but cannot locate the owner, the message read.... "Rebecca Lopez The inland valley humane society has a dog exactly like yours"

If you haven't yet post on the ring camera app, it's called Neighbors. You don't need a ring camera to use this app. I hope this helps.
