Found a pretty bird on my steps this afternoon trying to get some shade. It looks very weak and scared. Tag around the foot and clipped wings. I tried to approach with water, food, and shelter but they are definitely scared.

Did you catch it? It will die. I can foster if you'd like until we locate the owners. Somebody is missing their baby. So sad. I have birds and it's just horrible if they get out.

You should catch it and bring it in the house. He is probably dehydrated and could be ed by a hawk. Post it on 911 parrot Facebook page too.
