Im thinking about rehoming her we figured which house she belongs to they have about 10-15 similar dogs and puppies living in the backyard and they were all out this morning I knew she looked familiar… I knocked and a young boy said it was his dog and when I asked for details he said Idk we have so many then an adult came to the door and smacked him before she saw me… I told her all her dogs were in the middle of the street and she hit them all to go inside… this dog I have at home ducks down every time we lift our hand to pet her or lift her… I notified the shelter and they will do a welfare check. Will still take her in tomorrow to get a chip scan any opinions?

Contact local vets, 24 hour vet hospitals,local fire station to check for microchip.. IT'S FREE! Please make sure the ENTIRE body of the animal is scanned. Microchips can float! Contact neighborhood constable /Police / and vets to see if they know the pet or owner. If someone contacts you, have THEM tell YOU detail information to make sure pet goes to the right owner! If the pup is not chipped and owner is found..have the owner meet you at a vet location to have the pet chipped(strongly convince owner to fix the pup if not already done) and then returned to them at their expense..Most counties/cities requirement is now in place..ALL pets must be chipped and registered! PLEASE be aware dogs stolen daily and used for dog fighting bait!😡 please keep this angel safe. CHECK NEIGHBORHOOD OR HOME CAMERAS IF THERE ARE ANY FOR POSSIBLE ACTIVITY!
