Rena Chodkiewicz they didnt ask for any proof it was their dog n just gave him up im guessing Diego is from Mexico and has only been here a few months the owner chris actually got him surgery n stuff when he found him on the streets so hes devastated that this happened he still had a few more to deal with his eyes n back leg.
