Lauren Sullivan they don’t trap so unless the cat is easily accessible, they won’t take it. Someone else just had a situation with them yesterday where they found a cat inside their apartment building hallway and Animal Control just put it outside and said “we can’t take every cat” I would not wait around for a call back because you probably won’t get one. Just monitor the cats activity, see if he needs food or water, see if he stays there or eventually leaves Etc. If you still see him tonight definitely contact rescues
