I was unable to grab this little guy as he was running full speed through the Whitney Mesa Trail. I seen him near the construction happening at the top and then when I finished he was at the start of the trail. Had an orange collar on with no tags of any sort but a leash hook.

Joyce Foreman I was at the end of the hike and I had very little water left over. I was gonna give him what I had but I had nothing to leave it in for him. He was also on the other side of a fence and I was wearing a 20 pound weighted vest. There is running water at the beginning on the trail that I think he is drinking from because when I seen him at the start of the trail near the parking lot, I couldn’t lure him with a beef stick and he went full blast down the trail again.
