Elizabeth Stanley King I am a single father and work 55 hrs per week. I can still make sure my dog doesn't get loose. "Hurtful" words. Because I'm sick of seeing all of these poor animals lost in freezing weather? You probably wear a mask in your car when riding by yourself don't you? I'm not trying to be mean, all I'm saying is DO BETTER PEOPLE!! Or maybe don't have an animal if you can't be responsible. I can understand 1 dog per week getting loose, but this is getting ridiculous. It's called a responsibility for a reason!
