Message from Owner

This is Loafy Boy. He is a community cat and came with the apmt when I moved in (left behind by previous people). We had him fixed and chipped and vetted and for the past 2 years he has lived happily within our small apmt complex on the frontage road here on Ashlan…. He vanished 1 week ago 😞 This is the longest he has ever been gone and usually does not stray far, I am horribly worried something bad happened but trying to hold out hope that perhaps he came across a kind human. He is incredibly loving and vocal. He is also cautious but very approachable. His hair is light orange and pretty corse, he has huge green eyes and he has a pretty significant left ear tip. If you have seen him anywhere please reach out, we love him dearly.❤️

So sorry. Please leave his belongings outside. Also list on Nextdoor and Ring apps to notify your neighbors. Cats sometimes come home after a while good luck.

Some of these tips may not apply because he is a community kitty. Hopefully there are some you can use. Thank you for caring for him. I hope you find him soon. ❤️🐾 Tips for missing cats Hopefully it will help along with the video. Put unwashed clothes with familiar scent of someone kitty is attached to so kitty can smell the scent. Put something of kitty’s as well. File a lost report with the shelters. Be sure to notify your mail person. They can be a great resource since they are out and about in the neighborhood. Ask your neighbors to check their garages and sheds maybe kitty is hiding there. Look for kitty outside when it’s more quiet. Take some snacks or dry food and shake it and call kitty naturally like you call at home to eat or play. Look under cars and bushes when you are looking for kitty. Post on Nextdoor, 559 lost and found pets and the Ring app if possible. If microchipped contact the company to let them know kitty is missing. Put flyers in your area not everyone is on social media. Remember cats don’t usually roam far from their territory so chances are kitty is hiding nearby waiting until kitty feels safe to come out! Here is a great video for finding lost cats. I hope you find Loafy Boy soon. ❤️🐾 https://m.facebook.com/watch/?extid=WA-UNK-UNK-UNK-IOS_GK0T-GK1C&v=204603164050824&paipv=0&eav=AfaLLkVb9_sGvLJXVZ9q7ApQxmiDI77GsjreeGuBH5FBLHTUjbhzqX8tmM4-6qV1694&wtsid=rdr_0KeH9pWT9wXWreNl7&ref=sharing&_rdr
