This may be a long shot, but there has been a green and yellow parakeet at the bird feeders at my clients house in Newport News several times over the past week or so. I couldn't get a clear picture. Thought maybe it was a wild parakeet, we do have them in the area, but it let me get real close and almost had it on my finger.
