I honestly think this is my CoCo. ... here's the problem. I called & I spoke with the finder, but someone in his neighborhood claimed the dog was theirs and he just handed the dog over without getting it checked for a microchip or proof of ownership. My dog was stolen. They could have my dog & not even know it! The guy was very nice but I don't think he knew what to do. Why isn't there a law for this?

Lila E Perilloux sounds like a chip company problem. I still think it’s a good idea to have all pets, micro chipped ( Definitely collars and IDs and hopefully some of the many lost pets can hopefully be reunited and not re-adopted out as we see on a daily basis, especially in Baltimore County!
