If this is what we consider to be dogs that are cared for then standards seriously need to be raised. Dog on the right is cast matted and can’t even see. Not bringing your dogs to be groomed properly IS NEGLECT/ABUSE. Doing the bare minimum by feeding your dog is NOT what a good owner looks like. Sad, i hope they get the care they so desperately need.
