Please join and post this in Las Vegas Cats group, all of the local rescues and trappers are in there and can assist you. Hopefully the owner comes forward to claim the cat but please do not give the cat to anyone else but the owner or a legitimate rescue and do not under any circumstances take this cat to the animal foundation, they are a high shelter and the euthanize for space or they are notorious for dumping found cats back out on the street. This cat needs to be scanned for a microchip to possibly locate an owner.
