Message from Finder

Found this birdie in our yard since this morning-posted him on NextDoor App as well. We have a bird feeder so he’s been hanging out eating and drinking water- he flies away when we get near him. If anyone knows of who this cutie belongs to please notify them. It’s so hot outside and there’s stray cats outside as well. Seems to do fine with my dogs in the yard. But would love to get this lil guys home asap

Renee Angulo-Leyva Oh trust me yes he’s a fast flyer! You’re correct. Out of all my birds he was the FASTEST. I hope this is him. His brother (located on the bottom of the photo) has already been located but he’s so empty without him.

This might be my bird! There’s a chance he could’ve flown from Union City. He escaped on June 24th 2026. Is his nose/cere dark blue?

Do you have a cage? If so place the cage out side with water and food. Once inside close it quickly.

Hi Renee, Meg on nextdoor is willing to try and help you. Maybe some nets? I have a few butterfly nets that work well for parakeets, I’d be willing to go out and try…
