Tobi is a 9-year-old female tabby cat who went missing near 8001 S. Keeler in Chicago (Scottsdale area). She is small to medium sized with brown, gray, and white fur, a white chest and belly, and has a very noticeable birthmark on one cheek that makes her easy to recognize.
