Michael Regan he’s definitely not indoors he has been living in a shelter I made for him. I spotted him first during the summer last year, and has stuck around. I was going to TNR him soon so I decided to check the lost cat pages and saw Sprite. He has his winter coat right now so he looks a little puffier than when it was warmer. We are in Logan so wouldn’t be too far for him to have traveled. Feel free to DM me.
