Gray with white, very vocal. Seemed skittish around noise

S/he came running up the sidewalk when a car pulled in down the street, seemed scared of passing traffic. They made eye contact and went into my driveway, began meowing. I put food and water out and they went right to it but backed away when I approached. Continued meowing when I moved away.
