I hope you have notified Seaside PD/Animal Control (Alex) as well as SPCA & have been checking daily at the shelter! Be sure to ask all your neighbors to check their garages, sheds, etc. in case your cat got closed inside one! Key is to keep calmly calling your cat at all hours, especially the wee hours & looking for it, using a flashlight to help see its eyes… Look all around your house (inside and out) and under everything including greenery & especially in all dark places… Check high and low! Put some of your cat’s bedding (or something with its scent on it) as well as some of your clothing with your scent on it outside for your cat to smell, hopefully enticing it to head home! Leave a door or a window open enough for your cat to potentially let itself back inside! Try opening some smelly food like tuna (do not serve it in the can!) or some rotisserie chicken & shake a food/snacks bag often! I hope your cat is safely home soon! 🤞🏼
