He was also spotted yesterday 5/25 and his ears and nose was not like that! I think he got attacked by coyotes.

Nadia Risdana no, he still loose and in hiding. He is in bad shape that photo was taken yesterday. If we can’t find a foster AC will be called and the way he looks he’ll be euthanized
