Message from Finder
We found her roaming the Provo River trail. She was panting really hard so I offered her some water and she came right up to me. The people passing by said she had just been following them for a while but she wasn’t theirs. She was really dirty, matted hair etc. We took her home, bathed her, gave her water and some cooked rice (we don’t have dog food). She’s safe here, but we just want to reunite her with her family.
