Same dog, same location. Tried catching it but boyfriend’s ex showed up and started being immediately hostile so we had to leave it but his ex seemed to be trying to capture it. We did call 911 as the dog was a traffic hazard. Dog was male, friendly but scared, super hungry, covered in flies. Recently trimmed nails.
