Someone try to get him he’s got some kind of collar on. Maybe it’s got one of those GPS things and keep him safe. Storms are coming. You can take him to any vet and they will microchip scan him for free. He needs food, water, shelter, and figure out what’s around his neck his family might be looking for him. That’s high dollar stuff.
