Message from Owner

Tanjiro is a very vocal boy our entire family just want to bring him he’s very friendly to everyone just a very sweet boy we think it’s possible he got out while groceries were being brought into the hse he means so very much to us and it would mean everything to get him if you even think you spot him around the surrounding areas please take time and let us know we just want him and get him micro chipped as we had intended to start with he’s so incredibly loved and missed it’s driving us crazy not being able to find him we have so many fears for him as he’s always been a inside cat please help us bring our baby 🙏😭

Humane trap and camera are key, plus leaving door slightly ajar at night for reentry

Put smelly wet food outside, hav a hart traps work, check them often. At night shine a flashlight you may catch reflection of his eyes. Check shed, garages, under cars, anyplace he could hide or be stuck. Put up flyers, especially at vet offices. Talk to neighbors, ask if they have security cameras that may catch him walking by. They tend to move early morning and evenings. Put out used litter and fav humans worn clothes, familiar smells help bring them in. If possible, leave a patio or garage door open so he can get in. Contact rescues & county shelters, take a pic. Physically check county shelter often, they are busy. She will be very scared & may go into survival mode, she may not respond to you. Some wait until they're starving to come out for food. Keep food/trap out & check often. If you have another cat, try putting them outside in a SECURE carrier. Their meows may call the lost one in. Pray. Don't give up!

He shouldn't go very far from your house but can be hiding very well as he is scared. He will be active the most when everything is quiet. Check all.buildings, decks, porches and bushes. Notify neighbors.
