Likely abandoned stray. Found in Lexington neighborhood with no indication that he's been taken of in ages. He is being temporarily fostered but needs a forever family. He is not well cared for, no chip, and he's malnourished, dehydrated and injured. Please contact Pawmetto Lifeline if Interested in adoption or fostering him. He's going into their shelter diversion program to receive care while we foster him.
