Violet Eggert I’m so sorry, that’s absolutely horrendous!! I’m guessing you’ve contacted nearby RSPCA rescue centres? That would be my first port of call, seems unlikely that an RSPCA officer would have come out for him as they’re spread really thin and struggle to attend for genuinely urgent situations. Off the top of my head there’s the Manchester & Salford branch, Tameside & Glossop and Cheshire (Altrincham), try contacting each of them directly as they operate independently. Really hope he’s found soon x

Jennifer Mclean I had to go for a hospital stay and I’m completely alone in England (filthy American immigrant lol). The manager at my living accommodation whom I thought I had good report with volunteered to care for him at hers while I was gone. I thought I could trust her. Yesterday her management and home office informed me instead of doing that, she gave him to a shelter through RSPCA. The worst is the fact she knows he’s a medical necessity for my disability
