Please make sure anyone coming forward can show proof of ownership with vet records and photos. Here are some rescues you might check with if the owner is not found. Sad t there are bad people looking for free dogs to use as bait dogs so never give a dog away for free.

Please also post on Nextdoor app and make flyers to post around your neighborhood at the street signs and near the entrances. It more than likely came from a nearby neighbor
