In a house or not. Unexpected circumstances happen. Dogs are known to be escape artist. It's best to ALWAYS leave a dog tag on a dog. My pet peeves is to see a dog WITHOUT A DOG TAG!!!! If you truly love your dog Please put a dog tag. Now ii am unkind as Roaa Meyers indicated. Before I was concern and being kind. A dog without a dog tag isn't lighly going to be found by the owners.
