Found a budgie (parakeet with light blue and black coloring) in sandy creek cndmniums neighborhood. It’s clearly someone’s pet and we couldn’t find anyone searching so we took it to the animal emergency hosp off Vick avenue (). Please text me if you think this is your pet or reach out directly to the hosp. Hope he finds his home, he was a sweetie!
