Jennifer M Dodge Set a trap with his known scent articles nearby where he was last seen, if you haven’t already. Dogs have amazing olfactory, dachshunds especially. 3retrievers.com has excellent tips for finding lost pets. James Branson, owner, is also an SAR for hire. I’m so sorry you’re dealing with this. As a fellow dachshund owner, I understand the heartache. Hopefully Poot is safely reunited with your family soon. 🐾🫶🏼

I hope you find him . We live out in the area and we've had a 3 coyotes running in the area. We will keep a look out for him.
