Found/Stray Dog in Antioch, CA 94561

Dog found around midnight last night at the parking lot of the state park. He seemed very scared and first ran underneath our car, but as I was trying to get my dog into the car, he quickly jumped up. For the rest of the night and today he has been lying down by my feet on the passenger side. He's only gotten out of the car once this morning, but he has been eating & drinking water just fine. My boyfriend and I currently live in our car with our dog Jessie so we really need to locate the owner ASAP! Last night we walked around the parking lot asking everyone if they were missing a dog. My boyfriend also went and asked everyone at the pier the same thing. Apparently, he has been seen around the park for a couple days or so? Once we are able, we will get him microchipped. Although, I know a couple people on ND own a scanner. Please PM me if you are one of them and would be able to come to the antioch pier to help us scan for a chip. Thank you!!
