CURRENT LOCATION: 9506 Las Vegas Ave Oakland CA 95605 between Golf Links Rd. Did anyone lose a medium-sized black Shar-Pei wearing a beige harness? I first saw the dog near the entrance to I-580 East toward Castro Valley at 98th Avenue, where it looked like it was about to run onto the freeway. I parked my car and tried to catch it, but it kept running. It's now between Las Vegas Avenue and Golf Links Road, near the Seneca Reservoir in the Toler Heights neighborhood. If this is your dog or you know the owner, please let them know as soon as possible. I'm really worried because it's running close to busy streets.
