Does anyone recognize these dogs? This was posted on neighbors.ring this morning at 9 am. This is in Azusa, behind a freeway wall, off the 210E Vernon freeway entrance. It looks like they both have collars. When I asked the poster if the dogs looked healthy, they replied "they look ok, but I’m just worried about the heat because they were drinking from the bottle I gave them. Not sure if someone is living behind the freeway area and it belongs to them, but haven’t seen anyone. There’s thick brush and the only way to access the area is through that 210e Vernon freeway entrance or some gate off first St."
